To exchange data with other EU countries, your organisation needs to be signed up with TESTA, the EU’s secure, physical communication network. As the administrator of TESTA’s National Access Point (NAP), we handle your sign-up.

We administer the National Access Point (NAP)
We handle the administration of TESTA’s National Access Point (NAP). We have been administering this national node on behalf of the Netherlands since 2001. The NAP is available to all government organisations in the Netherlands. To ensure the continuity of your access to TESTA, we have an equivalent fall-back facility.
We provide full support on how best to use Testa services
Via Testa, you get access to various services. We provide full support on how best to use these services, such as SFTP (secure file transfer program), data exchanges with European bodies that are linked up to Testa (such as ministries or competent institutions) or a sign-up to EESSI (along with many thousands of organisations around Europe).
