eDelivery

As a public sector organisation, you get to securely connect to eDelivery AS4 networks via RINIS, without having to make major adjustments to your existing IT infrastructure. In doing so, you receive a comprehensive service package: advice, implementation, technical set-up, regular monitoring and the administration of the relevant certificates and metadata. From day-to-day administration to troubleshooting and support with updates: you can rest safe in the knowledge you are getting a reliable, compliant connection with European partners.

RINIS acts as the administrator of the national access point for eDelivery AS4 networks and supports public sector organisations with configuring, securing and monitoring connections with European partners. This means that RINIS is not an exclusive provider, but the official Dutch service provider for the administration of national links, such as within EESSI and OOTS.

Architecture

The eDelivery AS4 architecture consists of a network of so-called Access Points (nodes), which securely communicate with one another via standardised protocols. These networks are modular and scalable, to make sure they can be adapted to different countries and organisations within the EU. Security mechanisms such as authentication, encryption and a reliable delivery system ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the exchanged data.

Technology

eDelivery AS4 enables the uniform, secure and structured exchange of messages across different networks and countries. RINIS administers the configuration, security and monitoring of the connections between Dutch public organisations and their European partners for eDelivery AS4. In amongst other things, this includes maintaining and updating digital certificates, troubleshooting faults and ensuring the continuity of connections.
